Muci Clemens

From still life, landscape and portraits, Muci Clemens paints in a representational, impressionistic style with oil, pastel and encaustics. Her work is influenced by the rebirth of nature, peaceful and pensive, timeless, filled with light and a colorful palette.

Ms Clemens earned her degree in art and applied art, at San Diego State Univ. Ca. and studied at the Art Students League in NYC, and Silvermine School of Art in CT.

She had a career in graphic design, before shifting solely to painting.

She has been fortunate to study portrait and figure painting with renowned artists, Daniel Greene, and Clayton Beck, lll. She has participated in rewarding workshops with Doug Dawson, Richard McKinley, Liz Haywood Sullivan, Don Nice, Charlie Hunter, and lately Douglas Fryer.

Daniela Zaharia

Daniela Zaharia is a self-taught artist, capturing the essence of everyday magic through her artwork. Inspired by a personal journey of creating protective angel paintings for her sick mother, Daniela’s work transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary. Her paintings are vibrant and textured, each revealing its own narrative and inviting viewers to discover deeper meanings through color and depth. Her paintings have a life of their own, and never cease to make one wonder at the deeper meaning they portray.

Elise Geary

Elise Geary’s art bridges the natural world’s outer phenomena with inner emotions and imagination. Inspired by water from deep seas to calm estuaries, wind from strong ocean gusts to light evening breezes, and the energies of heat, coolness, rain, sunlight, starry skies, galaxies, and cellular organisms—her work inspires a sense of wonder. Through luminous atmospheres, broad strokes, and textured contrasts of strength with calmness, Elise invites viewers on an abstract journey to explore the energies and expressions within each painting from their unique perspectives.

Barry Shapiro

Barry Shapiro, a Pratt Institute graduate with a BFA in painting and printmaking, studied under renowned artists and later worked as an apprentice art restorer. His extensive travels significantly influenced his art, leading to a dynamic style driven by experimentation.

Returning to New York, Barry had a successful career as an illustrator for major publications and corporations. He then transitioned to film and video, winning an Emmy and a Clio Award.

Throughout his career, he has continued creating art using pastels, acrylics, and oils, with his work featured in private collections and prestigious exhibitions. Barry also teaches and writes, currently residing in Vero Beach, Florida.
